Grant
I consent to use of my statements and grant to Farming Secrets assigns, licensees, and successors the right to copy, reproduce, and use of the interview (the “Interview/Presentation”) on any/all Farming Secrets social media pages, websites, and for incorporation in the “Work”).
I permit the use of the Interview on any/all Farming Secrets and its affiliates social media pages, websites, and in the Work in all forms and media including
advertising and related promotion throughout the world and in perpetuity. I
grant the right to use my first name in connection with all uses of the
Interview and waive the right to inspect or approve use of my Interview as
incorporated on any/all Farming Secrets and its affiliates social media pages,
websites, and in the Work. I further understand and agree that I am entitled
to no consideration or proceeds, for use of my Interview in any/all Farming Secrets
and its affiliates social media pages, websites, or the Work.
Farming Secrets and its affiliates desire to electronically record speaker’s
presentation/interview video recording from the Summit. Interviewee
understands that for educational, promotional and commercial applications,
Farming Secrets and its affiliates will make Speaker’s Presentation/Interview video
recording available at no charge for attendees of this Free Virtual Event.
Interviewee hereby grants Farming Secrets and its affiliates the right to use his or
her name, voice, appearance, likeness, image, words, participation and title
or professional designation, in whole or in part, in these Recordings and/or
Compilations and in any correspondence, publicity, advertising, promotional
Standard Grant and Media Release Form
or other derivative materials based on them for purposes of the summit
event.
Interviewee hereby grants the Farming Secrets and its affiliates the unconditional
and irrevocable right to reproduce the Recording in any format, and to
distribute, prepare derivative works, advertise and publicize the Recordings
without compensation to Interviewee for this Virtual Event. Farming Secrets and its
affiliates may edit the Recordings at its discretion. Interviewee shall also
retain the right to use his or her own Recording for Any Purpose.
Interviewee, upon written request to Farming Secrets, shall be provided with a copy
of his or her Recording in electronic format.
Interviewee represents that he or she has the full right, power and authority
to grant this Release and to perform all of the provisions thereof.
Interviewee acknowledges that in the event of a breach or alleged breach
with respect to the terms and provisions hereof, Farming Secrets and its affiliates
shall be entitled to such injunctive or equitable relief as the Farming Secrets and its
affiliates may deem appropriate, in addition to such other rights or remedies
Farming Secrets and its affiliates may have at law.
Interviewee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Farming Secrets and its affiliates
from and against all claims, losses, expenses and liabilities of every kind
including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of the inaccuracy or breach of
any provision of this Agreement. Interviewee expressly releases Farming Secrets and
its affiliates from any and all claims arising out of the use of the material.
This Release shall be governed in accordance within the state
of Virginia law, constitutes the entire agreement of the parties and may be
amended only in writing.

Promotion and Other Interviewee Responsibilities
For Podcast Only: As part of a podcast production, the Interviewee agrees to
post 1 (one) promotional Social Media post during the promotion period.
For Summits Only: Interviewee agrees to send the minimum of 2 (two) Solo
Emails to their complete contact list during the agreed promotion period. 1
(one) to their entire list and 1 (one) to any contact marked as un-opened.
The Interviewee also agrees to send 1 (one) newsletter blurb and promote
on all available social media outlets during the promotion period.
Interviewee is permitted to provide the audience with a FREE gift or make a
PAID offer for a one-time product or service during his or her presentation/
interview; 100% of the proceeds from PAID offers are to be distributed to the
Interviewee.

of publicity, or copyright. I acknowledge that I have no ownership rights in
any/all Farming Secrets or its affiliates social media pages, websites, or the
Work. Farming Secrets or its affiliates are not obligated to utilize the rights
granted in this Agreement.
