André Leu: Poisoning Our Children
SLC
In this presentation, Andre details the myths associated with so-called safe pesticides. He claims there are about 80.000 of which only a few hundred have been tested. Toxicologists claim that this testing is not thorough and is done in isolation. Thousands more untested chemicals are being used and mixed to make dangerous cocktails and no one’s testing for the synergies between these chemicals. Bruce provides compelling evidence from the diaries of early explorers that suggests that systems of food production and land management have been blatantly understated in modern retellings of early Aboriginal history, and that a new look at Australia’s past is required.
