Brendon Eisner – Organic Farmer Reveals The Rewards of Intensive & Biodiverse System

Brendon Eisner and Kate Ulman have been farming organically in Muskvale (just outside Daylesford) in Victoria since moving there in the winter of 2000. “MuskValley Farm” included an existing organic orchard and they now have established a market garden along with running a free range egg enterprise. This is in line with their focus on the importance of sustainability and biodiversity.
