When I saw this quote I thought of all of you who are front runners in taking the steps to create healthy soils without the use of synthetic chemicals. Often you may feel alone in your community and sometimes isolated because of it.
It’s a very apt quote to remember when you’re trying to achieve anything in your life and it seems that you are on your own.
Sometimes we even find it’s hard to admit to ourselves what our goals may be because they appear to be way outside community expectations and beliefs. However it is even harder without adequate support surrounding you. One of the best ways to achieve your goals is to surround yourself with people who do support you. They don’t need to understand why you want to achieve a particular goal as they believe in you and will help you along the way.
In short to achieve goals we need people around us who allow us to fly like an eagle.
Once you have that support the next step is to have a mentor. Surrounding yourself with other eagles, that is other like-minded people, will provide strategies, working examples and help you so that you will continue moving forward towards your goals.
And here’s another saying that also resonated with me:
