Tino Carnevale is a well loved gardener who regularly presents on ABC’s Garden Australia. His life long interest in gardening was nurtured by his grandmother and through growing up on his family farm – a small vineyard and olive grove.
This interest naturally led to Tino to establishing a retail nursery after completing studies at R.M.I.T. Now actively involved in the Stephanie Alexander School Garden project he teaches both children and adults food production. 2nd Bite, a food charity, is another of his passions. Following on from Peter Cundall, he has extended the Patch at the Royal Botanical Gardens of Tasmania which provides a huge range of garden beds for the community groups and the public.. Tino is Patron of the Weed Society. He is also a regular contributor to many garden magazines.
