Dr Christine Jones led a great discussion to define our understanding of soil. The participants were challenged to view soil in a different light which we maybe should have guessed as Christine has a deep understanding of photosynthesis and the role it plays in building soils. Christine had asked for a large display of living plants to emphasis the role green plant cover plays in building healthy soils. Working with a whiteboard Christine drew a large triangle to build up the key points.
