Liz Clay is an organic vegetable grower at BawBaw Organics, Noojee, Victoria.. She has decades of involvement in organic farming movements. She has been involved with IFOAM world board representing Australia as well as a board member of OFA and chaired the Victorian Organic Industry Committee (VOICe) set up to advance organic farming in Victoria.
