ABOUT SUE BRADLEY
Founder of In8lyGood Nutrition & Wellness. Sue is a qualified Integrated Functional Nutrition Consultant, a certified Food Over Medicine Coach and a member of the International Institute for Complimentary Therapists. Currently studying a postgraduate course on the microbiome.
Her first love and passion is her family, she is a wife and mother to three young girls. She believes that raising a family comes with an innate responsibility and commitment, it is an important and critical element to the growth and development of our children’s well-being and health. Our ultimate role is to teach them to thrive, be happy, strong, independent and healthy. Teaching our children the traditions around foods, care for our land and animals, self care practices and connecting with community.
With knowledge gained on a personal level and an academic level she shares her inspiration of living mindfully on a real food whole food diet. Her second love is teaching families and individuals methods to implement real foods and whole foods into their life together with practical and mindful strategies and tips within the home to live more sustainably and connected with our true self and nature.
Sue believes that by healing the heart of the food chain through regenerative farming practices we can bring back the health of our land and the health of ourselves.
